What makes me sad about all this stuff with online writing for clients is most of them really don't understand why it can take 3-4 days to craft a nice, informative blog post, for example. In their mind, there's nothing difficult with it: you sit and write words, so you need a day maximum to combine them into a 2,000 words long article. (Let alone all their requirements, often ridiculous, as you mentioned.)

And now, with all this AI-content on the rise, they start doubting if they need a human content creator at all: Why pay and wait for a content piece if AI can generate it in a few minutes?

This "everyone can write" mantra has been following me since 2010. Such underestimation of skills drives me nuts. :)
