Thank you, David, but a dialogue is possible when both are open to it. Given we have a full-scale war(!), the biggest one in Europe since WWII, not a "conflict" as you write (I'm in Ukraine, you know) with russians (not putin alone, but russians!) willing to erase my whole nation or enslave it, I doubt a dialogue will help here. :) Especially when, as we all know, russia does not follow any agreements, arrangements, etc. (even if they sign a bunch of documents and nod their heads, promising peace, in a year or two they will spit on those promises - as they have done many times before) And only an idiot can believe them.
