I spoke russian before 2022 but wrote in English and noticed that my attempts to craft articles or stories in russian failed (they sounded like unnatural blah-blah). In 2022, I went to courses on therapeutic writing by Irena Karpa just to see if I could write in Ukrainian... As a result, my fiction story is published in the book (https://medium.com/@olesia-filipenko/i-dont-know-how-to-write-about-it-3857bce653ed), I've just finished another one, and I'm working on my novel in Ukrainian :) It looks like returning to the roots, and I like that.
