I don't know who Dylan is, and I'm not going to make any loud statements concerning the true goals of the Kursk operation. But what I know for sure:
russians don't want and need liberation from putin. the majority supports him as the greatest leader who "does everything right" and who "saves them from the evil West." they are happy to see Ukrainians dying. (Sure, some are against putin --Westerns call those people "rus liberals" and "opposition" such as navalnaya, kara-murza, and all those sh*t -- but not against the power to take once putin is gone. Speaking of average russians, I assume there can be about 0,5-1% of population who is against war, putin, etc. But 1% is nothing, given millions of russians around the globe.).
russians aren't the regime's victims; they are its creators. And the sooner all the experts understand their (russian) imperialistic nature and accept the fact russia is an empire that hasn't collapsed after the WWII but only became stronger under the names of "USSR" and then "russia", the better. :))
