I believe the point is that these words aren't terrible themselves and it's okay to use them in texts, BUT they are overused, and AI builds texts with nothing but them in every second paragraph and sentence, making detectors see human texts overusing those words as AI-generated. So, synonyms and creativity are our best friends ;) A great opportunity to poslish writing skills, practice in storytelling, and diversify our texts for better engagement.
